Managing Partner
PK is the Founder and Managing Partner of Viking Advisory Group. Having been a CFO for multiple companies, PK provides strategy and guidance to our clients from both a macro and micro perspective. PK is always helping the client look forward and planning for where we are going, not where we have been. Drawing on his international banking experience, PK is an expert at structuring complex transactions (both buy and sell) and finding financing solutions. Additionally, PK is in charge of business development for Viking. In short, if you are a business owner and come across a unique situation chances are PK has come across it too.

Scott Schroeder
Partner
Scott is a Partner and Relationship Manager with Viking. Scott has a finance background and does a lot of the financial modeling for Viking clients. Scott runs the Business Valuation operations for Viking and holds a Certified Valuation Analyst accreditation. He has helped Viking’s clients on a variety of projects, including company acquisitions, building purchases, and strategic planning. Scott also has an unusual ability to analyze a problem and propose creative solutions.

Doug McFarland, CPA
Director of Accounting
Doug is Viking’s Director of Accounting. Doug is a CPA and has worked in corporate accounting for many years across many industries. Doug manages the accounting team at Viking and ensures a proper monthly closing of the clients’ books. An expert of accounting policies and procedures, Doug and his team can come in and clean up a company’s books and bring order to financials. Doug helps Viking provide clients the information they need to see what is really happening with the business. Safe to say, if a Viking client has an accounting question, they call Doug.

Jay Schroeder
Regional Manager
Director of Capital Markets
Jay is Director of Capital Markets for Viking. He is also Regional Manager of the San Antonio market. Having been a small business owner for more than 20 years, Jay knows how important access to capital is for a growing business. Jay works with Viking’s extensive network of bankers to find the best deal to meet the client’s needs. He can help our clients find funding for growth, working capital, equipment purchases, or acquisitions. Jay is based in San Antonio and is in charge of developing business across the Texas Hill Country.
